Asking for help with a meeting

A: Ruth? I have a big favor to ask you.

B: How big, Catherine?

A: Well, I was hoping you would cover for me at the strategy meeting this afternoon.

B: But, I can’t, Catherine. I’ve got two committee meetings back to back this afternoon.

代替出席会议

A：露丝？ 请你帮我个大忙。

B：多大的忙，凯瑟琳？

A：是这样，我希望你能替我出席一下今天下午的战略会议。

B：可我不行，凯瑟琳。今天下午我得连续开两个委员会会议。
