“早睡早起” 会让人更健康，更充实，更有智慧。这是一句英语名言，小孩子应该每晚睡10小时，否则学习起来就没有效率，也没办法变得更聪明，更健康。身体是需要锻炼的，走路，跑步，游泳和打球都是锻炼。锻炼会让身体更加强壮。
