Why do I have this dream? Because reading is too tired， now I 6：30 in themorning when doing the dream also will hear mother shouted at my bedside， "getup! Or else I will open a shrill alarm clock!" My tea is gone cold I’m wondering why i got out of bad at all. The morningrain clouds up my window and i can’t see at all. And even if I could it’ll allbe gray, but your picture on my wall, it remains me that is not so bad.

I’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affectedby weather or surrounding kind of people is every emotional,they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.

I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find outthat you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing youhave to do is keep yourself ening a cheerful song would be helpful, atthe same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for ajogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture someflowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always akey to open a happy door.

Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think theproblem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely findthe way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright sidewhile we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible,and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by thepredicament。

In a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we canmaster our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. Then life will bebetter.

我的茶越来越凉，我始终不知道为什么我的心情总是不好。清晨的雨遮住了我的窗，我什么也看不见了，看见的都是灰色，但在墙上有你的照片，它提醒我，这还不算坏。

我相信这个世界上有许多人是非常容易被天气或者周围的环境影响的。这类型的人非常情绪化，他们会常常感到莫名的伤感，甚至说不上原因。

我想出了几个方法来解决这个问题。第一，当你发现你没心思做任何事，单单地感到悲伤，你该做的第一件事就是让自己忙起来。听一首欢快的歌很有帮助，同时找点事做，像打扫房间，或者出去慢跑。把自己处在一个欢快明亮的环境里，在房间种点植物或者养只宠物，生机勃勃的植物和动物是打开快乐大门的钥匙。

第二，积极向上地想问题。许多人倾向于想问题往坏的方面想，但事实上，事情常常都没他们想的糟糕。事实证明当人们老往坏的方面想时，他们更难找到解决问题的方法，而且会感觉更糟糕。我们应该在逆境中看到光明的一面，这让我们相信一切皆有可能，任何事都会变好的。那么我们的情绪就不会被困境影响了。

总而言之，做个积极向上的人并不是那么难，既然我们能够主宰我们的思维，我们应该选择积极向上而不是消极。那样我们的生活会更美好。
