One half of time indeed is flown-the other half remains in storefor as with all its countless treasures; for there is no line drawn, and we seeno limit to our hopes and wishes. So I'll say:Concentrate upon your dreams and they will become materialactualities. Through concentration we work out our dreams in physical life. Yourfuture depends upon the dreams you are forming now. Your past dreams aredetermining your present. Therefore, if you want a bright future, you must beginto prepare for it today.

We say a man is as changeable as the weather. What is meant is his dreamschange. Every time you change your idea you think differently. You become like arudderless boat on an ocean. Therefore realize the importance of holding to yourdream until it becomes a reality .

Catch the star that holds your destiny, the one that forever twinkleswithin your heart. Take advantage of precious opporyunities while they stillsparkle before you. Always believe that your ultimate goal is attainable as longas you commit yourself to it.

Though barriers may sometimes stand in the way of your dreams, rememberthat your destiny is hiding behind them. Accept the fect that not everyone isgoimg to approve of the choices you've made, have faith in your judgement, catchthe star that twinkles in your heart, and it will lead you to your destiny'spath. Follow that pathway and uncover the sweet sunrises that await you.

Take pride in your accomplishments, as they are stepping stones to yourdreams. Understand that you may make mistakes, but don't let them discourageyou. Value your capabilities and talents for they are what make you trulyunique. The greatest gifts in life are not purchased, but acquired through hardwork and determination. Finding the star that twinkles in your heart for youalone are capable of making your brightest dreams come true.

So don't think that you are neglected, or not understood, or notappreciated. zsuch thoughts are the thoughts of failure.

Don't pity yourself, criticise yourself. You know that the only thing inthe world that you have got to count upon is yourself.

Every one has his own I was a little kid ，my dream was even tohave a candy shop of my own now ，when I am 16 years old ，standing here ，mydreams have already changed a lot.

I have got quite different experience from other e they wereplaying toys at home，while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story.I was running in the hard rain，jumping in the heavy snow，pitching in the ing could stop me ，because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to bean ，of course ，I'm an athlete，I'm so proud of that all the time.

When I was 10 years old ，I became a shot-put training wasreally hard ，I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands I always believethat god only help those who help ng those hard days，I find I wasgrowing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my mostcorrect ，I quit my team after entering high school because of a sillyexcuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficultiesof yesterday ，today and tomorrow .I still have a dream is a dream deeplyrooted in my soul.

I have a dream that one day ，I can run，jump and pitch just like I used tobe.

I have a dream that one day ， I can go back to my dream sports and join thenational team.

Hello, everyone! My name is cheng xiang yan , I am a junior student comefrom life science institution y, I am very glad to stand here and sharewith you my most sincere speech‘Flying youth, master our future!’

Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood, we step intoanother important time of life in the pace of young, facing new situations,dealing with different problems.....

However, who can really say what the youth is ? A period of time? Abelief?An attitude to life? Or anything else? actually, everyone has hisownunderstanding of young, it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, onlyafter you have experienced the sour , sweet ,bitter and salty, can you reallybecome a person of significance.

Just like A famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song ,where nothing isimpossible ,youth is a meaningful book, you’ll be never bored of it ;youth is arapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it showsyou different kinds of tastes in your life.

As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it ’t let thelimited time pass by, grasping the young will means a better time is waiting foryou in the near future.

So,It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to ng a view on those great men in the history of hunman being, they all madefull use of their youth time to do things that are useful to society, to thewhole mankind, and as a consequence ,they are remembered by later generations,admired by everyone. so do something in the time of young, although you may notget achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole world, just foryoueself, for those around! So, what should we do when we are young? Here,I’llpoint out some tips to help equip ourselves.

First of all,think of what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor? A writer? Don’t afraid of dreaming of big and great e you are young , youcan dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future. What’s more ,never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For onething, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden yourhorizon.

Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than r all, future is not all roses. young is just like blooming flowers, theyare so beautiful when blooming, which make people feel happy, but with timepassing by, after they withers ,most people think they are ugly. and so it isthe same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose ourpassion when getting older and older. So we should have enough courage anddetermination to overcome all the difficulties in struggling on the road.

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is thefreshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of theappetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We growold by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the gameof living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and powerfrom men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but aslong as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you maydie young at 80.

in my 8 years of life, there have been many things. university days are thebest part of them. i can never forget the days when i stepped into myuniversity. i was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic studentsand eecially its learning atmohere. i at once fell in love with it.

after the arduous military training, i get absolutely absorbed in mystudies. the classes given by the teachers are excellent. they provide us withinformation not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as i can.

frankly eaking, at first i had some difficulty following the ver, through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers’ guidance, i maderemarkable progress. now i’ve benefited a lot from lectures and many otheracademic reports.

learning is a long process; i’ll keep exploring in the treasure house ofknowledge to enrich myself. this summer i got out of the ivory tower and enteredthe real world. a publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation andrevision.

at the beginning i was belittled by my colleagues. but they were reallysurprised when i translated seven english articles over 5,000 words on only oneday. gradually, they began to look at me with reectful eyes. in their opinion iturned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

i also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be trulyhappy. so i often take part in activities concerning public welfare. i once wentto a barren mountain village with my classmates. we taught the kids there whocould not afford school. while showing them how broad and how civilized theouter world is, i was deeply touched by their eagerness to learn, their honestyand their purity. i couldn’t control my tears on the day when we left. theprecious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the reonsibility on theshoulders of us, future teachers.

besides study and social practice, there are entertainments as well. i dobody building every day, hoping to keep healthy and energetic. we also write aplay and put it on in our are time.

campus life is the most lendid time. but different people have differentchoices. the majority of students cherish their beautiful season and cherish thehope that one day they’ll become outstanding. but there are indeed some studentsstill under ignorance. they gather together for eating, drinking or playingcards. they’re busy in searching for a girlfriend or a boyfriend. they forgetcompletely about their mission as college students and the hope of theirmotherland.

finally, i do hope everybody can try their best to become a worthy citizenof the country. i do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation andmake great contributions to society!

在我这20__年的生命中，有着许多美好的经历，而大学生活则是其中最难忘的一段。我永远不会忘记刚刚跨进大学校园的那几天:花园一样的校园，热情活跃的学生，特别是那里的学习气氛，给我留下了深刻的印象。经过了一段艰辛的军事训练后，我完全融入到了学习中。老师的讲课真是棒极了。他们传授给我们的不仅是课本上的知识，还包括其他各种各样的信息。我渴望获得尽可能多的知识，是老师激发起了我这个不能满足的欲望。

坦率地说，一开始我还不能跟上老师的讲课。但是，通过我自己的努力以及老师的指导，我取得了巨大的进步。我从老师的授课和其他许多学术报告中获益匪浅,学习是个循序渐进、长期的过程，我会在知识的宝库中不断探索，丰富自我。今年暑假，我跨出象牙塔，进入并接触到了真正的社会。一个出版社给了我编辑和校对的兼职工作。

工作初期，同事们都礁不起我。但是，当我在一天之内翻译完7篇(总字数超过5000字)的英语文章后，他们真的大吃一惊。渐渐地，他们开始用尊敬的眼光看待我。他们认为，我变成了一个有用并值得信赖的好同事。

我也同样意识到，只有那些为别人带来幸福的人才能真正的幸福。因而，我经常参加有关公众福利享业的活动。有一次，我和同学去了一个贫痔的山区村庄。在那里，我们教那些没钱上学的孩子。我向他们展示了一幅宽广、文明的外部世界的画面，但同时我也被那些孩子学习的渴望、他们的真诚和纯洁深深打动了。在我们离开的那一天，我那不争气的眼泪禁不住流了下来。这次珍贵的经历让我们这些未来的教师意识到了自己肩上的责任重大。

除了学习和社会实践，我还经常参加娱乐活动。我每天都锻炼身体，希望保持健康和充满活力。我们还在业余时间写剧本并排练演出。

园生活是最丰富多彩的。但是，不同的人有着不同的选择。大多数的学生珍惜他们的美好时光，并殷切希望将来能出类拔萃。可是，的确有学生无动于衷。他们聚在一起吃喝玩乐;他们忙于追求异性朋友;他们完全忘记了自己作为大学生的使命和祖国对他们的厚望。

最后，我希望每个人都能尽最大努力成为国家的有用人才。我也希望每个人都能成为我们民族的脊梁，为社会做出巨大的贡献
