Jay was born in Jan 18 1979 , and he is raised by his mother. When he was very young , he showed huge interests in music. He began learning piano at the age of 3,and while he was a third-grade student in primary school, he developed an interesting in cello. His mother always took him the concerts so that his taste of music developed very much.

At first Jay didn’t worked as a singer but a composer. In 2000, Jay was given his chance to produce an album of his own.
