英文中的词类（下）：副词、介词、连接词、感叹词和冠词

1. 副词(Adverbs)

用来修饰动词、形容词等。(describe verbs, adj., adv. or a sentence)。比如：

He runs fast. 他跑的快。

表示时间：yesterday, last week

表示地方：I live in Taipei.

表示频率：always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, never，比如：

He is always late. 他总是迟到。

I usually get up early. 我通常起得很早。

副词和形容词一样，是可以用来比较的，比如：

I run fast than he. 我跑的比他还快。

2. 介词(Prepositions)

把两个不同的东西连接使它们产生关联的词，用于名词之前表示时间、地点、方向等(used before nouns to show time, place, direction etc.)。比如：

in the box, on the table, go to school

I come here by bus/MRT. 我是搭公车/捷运到这里来的。

3. 连接词(Conjunctions)

连接词连接了句子、短语或从句的各部分(connect pArts of sentences, phrases, or clauses)。比如：

if, and, but, because, since, as long as

Because I was sick, I didn't go to school. 或者 I was sick, so I didn't go to school. 因为我病了，所以我没有上学。

A B and I are friends. 阿B和我是朋友。

I'm poor, but happy. 我很穷但我快乐。

4. 感叹词(Interjections)

用来表示惊讶、震惊、痛苦等等情绪(are used to express surprise, shock, pain etc.)。比如：

Ouch! It hurts! 哎呀！好痛！

wow! 哇！

Hurray! 万岁，好棒！

Oh, my God! 天呐！

You are my Goddess. 我的老天爷！

5. 冠词(Articles)

定冠词the和不定冠词a/an，后面跟着名词。比如：

There is a girl at the door. 有个女孩在门口。

*a girl 不确定是谁（不限定） the door 知道在哪个门（限定）

Open the door. 打开门（知道哪扇门）。
