On top of this, create something called an "accountability chart" to document your progress. In one column, write the timespan, and in the other, the activities you accomplished during this time. Similar to those on a diet who document their food intake, writing down your progress allows you to realistically evaluate your work, as opposed to inaccurately assuming what you've done.
除此之外，做个“责任图表”来记录自己的进度：在其中一栏填入所花费的时间，另一栏填入时间内完成的事情。这有点像是在减肥的人会纪录摄取的热量，记录进度可以让你真实地评估你的工作，而非不精确地以为自己完成了什么。
