Um…It’s hard to say. Usually you are supposed to feel energetic in the morning and sleepy at night. But things have gone a different way in modern society. People stay up and active at night and feel drowsy in the morning. In my case, if I sleep well at night, I feel energetic in the morning, if not, it will be the other way around.
