Women in France they don't receive the same salary as men if we talk about the same age, same conditions, same skills, same experience, unfortunately, no, women in France do not receive the same salary. I have read a recent report by the United Nations that says that there is a gap of 20% of salary difference between men and women in France.
So we have to fight against this very conservative idea and archaic system that has been settled down for centuries.
So it is difficult to make a sudden change, but we are slowly reaching to a more equal condition for men and women in France.
