【讲解】

此语中的hit作为名同,有“成功而风行一时的亊物或人物（如歌手、作家等）”之意。Make a hit with sb.则指 to be liked very much by someone。

【对话】

A:Congratulations! You really made a hit at the English evening.

A:祝贺你！你在英语晚会上的表演非常精彩。

B:Thank you. But actually, I don't think I did as well as I had expected.
