首先要问好：
Hi! How are you?
I'm doing well.
How are you?
I'm good, thanks!

可以问一个问题作为开场白：
Where are you from?
Where do you work?
What do you do for a living? 你在哪工作，你是做什么工作的？
Do you come here often? 你平常来这里吗？
Are you enjoying yourself? 你玩的开心吗？
What brought you here? 你为什么来这？
How has your day been? 你今天过得怎么样？
How has your week been? 你这周过得怎么样？
Where did you grow up? 你在哪里长大的？
What do you do in your free time? 你业余时间做什么呢？
Where do you go to school? 你在哪里上学？
Where did you go to school? 你上过哪个学校？

也可以用当时的情况作为开场白：
The weather has been amazing lately! 最近的天气这么好啊！
This shop serves really good coffee. 这里的咖啡很好喝。
This is a good song,Do you like it? 这首歌很好听，你喜欢吗？
