“伐开心”的10种英语表达大纲

今天的口语内容是“不开心”的英语多样表达。学习在于积累，口语也是哦！

1. I'm sad.

2. I'm unhappy.

3.  I'm in bad/dark mood.

△如果说又生气了，还可以用到mood的相关短语：

be in one of your moods，表示“又心情不好；又生气”。

Tim's in one of his moods so I'm keeping out of his way.

蒂姆又闹情绪了，所以我就离他远点儿。

4. I'm in low spirits.

△low spirits就是“无精打采；沮丧，忧郁”。如果说lift sb's spirits，就是“提高（某人）的兴致”。

Nothing - not even the prospect of dinner - could lift his spirits.

什么都提不起他的兴致，甚至连吃饭也不例外。

5. I feel so down.

△这里的down是形容词，意思是“不高兴的；提不起精神的”。

I've been (feeling) a little bit down this week.

这周我有点情绪低落。

down还可以做名词哦，比如have a down on sb就表示“不喜欢…，对…有偏见”。

Why do you have a down on him? I think he seems really nice.

你为什么不喜欢他？我觉得他非常不错。

6. I'm under a cloud.

△be under a cloud主要有这两个意思：

①不被信任，受怀疑；受嫌弃，不受欢迎

②沮丧，忧郁；处境困难

小时候看的偶像剧里面，倒霉的女主头上就会飘着一朵乌云。

还有一个类似的习语是a cloud hanging over sb。形容“有心事；不悦；忧心忡忡”。

When you're waiting for an operation, you feel like there's a cloud hanging over you.

等待手术的时候，会感觉忧心忡忡的。

7. My heart is broken.

△心都碎了就是one’s heart is broken。形容词就是heartbroken，表示“极为伤心的，心碎的”。

If she ever left him he would be heartbroken.

如果她一旦离开他，他会心碎的。

8. I'm out of heart.

△这个短语既可以形容人“心灰意冷，气馁”，也可以形容土地“贫瘠，不肥沃”。

It puts him quite out of heart.

这使他灰心丧气。

9. I feel blue.

△blue在这里“悲伤的；忧郁的；沮丧的”。

【拓展】

blue还有“淫秽的，下流的”的意思哦，所以不要说yellow movie，而是blue movie/film，下流的笑话可以说a blue joke。

His humor is a bit too blue for my tastes.

他的幽默对我来说有点儿太下流了。

10. I have a thin time.

△have a thin time (of it)不仅仅是心情不好了，已经严重到日子都不好过了。

He's been having a thin time (of it) since his accident.

自从发生事故以来他就一直过得不好。
