defy vt.不服从；公然反抗；蔑视
常见的短语有：defy severe cold 不畏严寒 defy sb's will 违反某人的意志
defy one's superior 违抗上司
I defy you to prove I have cheated. 我谅你无法证实我欺骗了人。
I defy you to do it. 我倒要看你敢不敢做。

description:
description的基本意思是“描述，形容”，可以指描述、形容本身的这一动作或行为，也可指用来“描述”的具体语言、文字等。
He gave a description of what he had seen. 他描述了他所见到的一切。
对于产品的描述就是说明书，这是description的第二个意思——说明书。
A description about a product should not mislead the customers.
产品的说明书不能误导顾客。
Description还可以表示“种类，类型”。
That department store sells goods of every description.
那个百货商店出售各种各样的商品。
The description of the goods matches the credit.
货物种类与信用证一致。
