Sb's heart is in the right place: used to say that sb's intentions are kind and sincere even though they sometimes do the wrong thing (尽管有时会做错事)本意是好的,心眼是好的
A: Fiona is so annoying. I can't stand her!
B: She might be annoying, but at least her heart is in the right place.
