因为listen是不及物动词，跟宾语时要加上to，这样就可以接宾语了，即listen to sb/sth(相当于及物动词)，变被动语态时，相应的，就是sb/sth be listened to，listen不可用于被动语态，但listen to就可以。

不及物动词 + 介词 可以作为及物动词看待.所以若是不及物动词的被动语态那个介词是不能省的.比如：listen to me 变成被动语态 I am listened to (在这里是不能省略的)

　　省略to的不定式变成被动语态还原to的例子

常用的使役动词 make (let, have )sb do sth 以及感官动词 see (hear ,watch ,listen to )sb do sth ,改为被动语态时都要还原 to .例如：

often see him play football .

---He is often seen to play football by us .

boss made his workers work 12 hours a day .

---The workers were made to work 12 hours a day by the boss .

也可以是The result is found “to be”very satisfying， 但是那个to be 被省略了

比如I will help you (to) mend the car,这句中to可一有也可以没的

I will make you miss your power ,make 后面不能有to ,但在被动的时候要把to还原出来,这个是个规定

you will be helped (to) mend the car by me

you will be made to miss your power by me
