1、托业考试条件
TOEIC考试不对考生有任何报考资格限制。 TOEIC考试测试人们的工作环境中使用英语交流的能力，通过参加TOEIC考试可以了解自己的英语水平及英语学习进展状况。
2、托业考试网上报名流程
第一步：
登陆托业官方网站的公开考试报名专区，可以完成整个报考步骤，包括填写或修改个人信息、选择考试日期和城市、网上银行付费或者填写邮政汇款(只对已经通过邮局付费的考生)信息;
注：可自行修改的个人信息不包括姓名、性别、证件类型、证件号码、出生日期
第二步：
考生可以申请帐号和密码，并请妥善保管，使用此帐号和密码，可以查询报考状态、个人在本网站上的帐户信息及个人信息，并可以在考试结束后查询考试成绩;
第三步：
多次报考的考生，请使用同一个身份报考，以免造成用不同身份报考后造成身份无效的问题。有的考生第一次报考后，没有妥善保管帐号和密码，再次登陆本网站时有困难，就随便另行更改证件号码信息并重新注册身份，因此就可能造成无法验证身份而被拒绝考试，或者证书上的身份信息无效等问题。如果忘记帐号和密码不能成功登陆本网站，请及时练习托业官网的工作人员及时解决。

报名流程
第一步:在报名网站注册
请认真填写个人信息，包括姓名、身份证号等信息，并核对确认。
填写个人信息注意事项：
考生注册前应准备好标准证件电子版照片，照片要求为：379_484像素，无白边，建议浅色背景，报名时须在“个人信息”页面上传；
考生申请帐号和密码，请妥善保管。使用此帐号和密码，可以查询报考状态、个人信息，下载准考证、考试成绩等；
多次报考的考生，请使用同一个身份报考，以免造成因不同身份报考而导致身份无效问题；
如果忘记帐号和密码，账号可使用手机或邮箱登陆，密码可以通过 "密码找回" 功能找回；
在付款成功之后，不能在线修改姓名、性别、证件类型、证件号码、出生日期、国籍。
第二步：填写报考信息
选择考试类型、时间和城市。
第三步：在线缴费
请仔细核对个人信息以及报考信息，确认无误后，根据提示完成在线付款；
考试报名截止日后将无法修改个人信息以及报考信息。
网上银行付款注意事项：
托业公开考试目前仅支持支付宝即时到帐付款；

第四步：下载准考证
在每次公开考试日期前1周（不包含周末，从工作日开始），考生可通过登陆公开考试“报名中心” 下载电子版准考证；
在报名时如果提交的个人信息（中英文姓名、生日、证件号码、通信地址等）有误，将反映在准考证上，请考生在去参加考试之前，检查这些信息并按照准考证上的指导更改；
考生准考证用A4纸打印出来使用，考生需要在准考证上签字。（请考生尽早在周一到周五工作日打印准考证，以确保必要时可联系到相关客服。）
第五步：参加考试
携带有效证件(身份证、护照、军官证、港澳居民身份证、台湾居民往来大陆通行证。其它任何证件无效）、准考证（打印出的准考证上有上传的证件照片）参加考试。有效证件，准考证对于参加考试的考生来说，缺一不可，请考生一定携带齐全。
注：考点和考场地址：在准考证上有详细描述。
考生报到时间为上午8:30，考试将在上午9:00准时开始。迟到的考生将被拒绝参加考试。
第六步：成绩查询与接收证书
考试结束后2周后，考生可登录网站查询成绩（特殊考试服务可在考试结束1周后登陆网站查询成绩）；
考试结束 40-45天后（特殊考试服务在考试结束10天后），考生可接受美国教育考试服务中心（ETS）的成绩证书一张（邮寄地址仅限中国大陆境内）。
其他重要规定：
取消考试规定
考生在考试报名截止日期前可免费取消考试，但需要支付退款手续费人民币5元;
在扣除手续费后，剩余费用将通过支付宝退回考生报名付款时使用的银行卡;
一旦考试报名截止，考生则不能取消考试,考试费将不予退回；
特殊考试服务一经报名缴费成功，不接受退费，考生可以联系客服进行转考操作。
更改考试规定
在考试报名截止之前考生可以更改考试的日期和城市;
如要更改考试日期和城市,需要先取消考试,再重新报考(参见“取消考试规定”);
一旦考试报名截止,考生则无法再更改考试日期和城市，考试费将不予退回;
以上操作均需在报名截止之前进行。
成绩复议规定
考试结束后3个月内考生可以要求成绩复议；
托业听力阅读考试的成绩复议费为人民币80元。费用缴纳方法：在线支付；
收到申请表和费用后1个月内，将安排对原始分数重新判定，判定完毕后通过邮件方式发放成绩复议结果；
如果重新评定的分数与原分数相同，成绩复议的费用将不退还；如果重新评定的分数与原分数有区别，将退还成绩复议费；
考生要求成绩复议需要预先缴纳成绩复议费，在线填写并提交成绩复议申请，收到申请后我们将立即为您办理。
申请额外证书规定
考生可申请额外的美国教育考试服务中心（ETS）发放的成绩证书；
申请每份额外成绩证书需交纳人民币80元；
收到申请和费用后1个月内，发放所申请的额外证书；
考生可在线填写并提交额外证书申请，收到申请后我们将立即为您办理。
索要发票
考生可以在支付全额报名费并在无退费的情况下申请发票，发票金额为实际报名费金额。
考生应在支付成功后一个月内申请发票，电子发票将通过电子邮件的形式发送至考试注册时填写的电子邮箱地址。
考试规则

考生报名时必须填写个人的真实信息，对于使用虚假和他人信息者 ，考试主办方有权取消该考生的考试成绩，五年内禁止参加托业考试；

考生须按要求准时到达考场。未按要求准时到达考场的，迟到的考生不允许进入考场参加考试；

考生入场须出示准考证及有效身份证件。中国大陆考生须使用二代身份证、护照或军官证；港澳地区考生须使 用港澳居民身份证或护照；台湾地区考生须使用台湾居民来往大陆通行证；外籍考生须使用护照。托业考试有效证件限于上述证件原件，且须在有效期内并附有可识别的照片。考生入场所持证件的类型必须与注册时保持一致。考生未携带准考证、有效身份证件或证件照与本人面貌不符，均不能入场考试；持假证件参加考试、雇佣他人为自己代考或为他人代考的考生，一经发现取消考试成绩，五年内禁止参加托业考试；

Candidate with fake identification and impersonated candidate will be prohibited to participate in any TOEIC Test in 5 years;

考生在进入考场前须彻底关闭手机（包括关闭手机闹钟）、电脑、智能手表、耳机等电子设备，进入考场后应将所有电子设备连同其他物品一并放置于考生个人物品存放处。考试开始后，如发生考生携带电子设备至考位，或发现考生放置于考生个人物品存放处的电子设备没有彻底关闭（包括因手机、手表、电脑的铃声或震动），考生将被取消考试成绩。滋扰考试秩序、不配合考务处理、使用电子设备作弊的考生，还将被五年内禁止参加托业考试；
All cell phones (including alarm clock), PDAs, smartwatches and other electronic devices must be turned off before entering the test room. 考生进入考场后将身份证件放置在桌面上方，以便检查。除证件、铅笔、橡皮外 ，所有其它个人物品，应放置在考场内指定的位置；

不要与其他考生发生不必要的冲突，对于考生之间出现的任何问题，考试主办方将不承担任何责任；
Do not engage in unnecessary conflict with other candidates. The test organizer is not responsible for any problems happen between candidates;

在考场监考人员宣布考生可以离开考场之前，考生不能提前离开考场。考生因特殊原因不能继续考试，需要到现场考务办公室等候，在考试结束后才能离开；
Candidates are not allowed to leave the seat until the administrator instructs to do so. Those who are not able to continue the exam due to special reason will be asked to wait in the administration office and allowed to leave after the test is finished;

考试过程中可能出现任何意外情况，考场监考人员都将按照托业考试考场管理规则提供现场解决方案，如果考生对解决方案有异议，需要在方案实施之前提出；否则，将被视为接受解决方案并承担该解决方案所带来的结果；考生接受现场解决方案后，对该情况及现场解决方案的投诉无效。 由于无法预料的情况，考试可能会被取消或推迟。对于因取消或推迟考试而给考生带来的任何不便、成本（考试费除外）和其他个人损失，托业考试主办方不承担任何责任；
The administrator will provide on-site solution according to the TOEIC Test administration regulations if any accident occurs during the exam. Objections must be raised before the solution is implemented, or else, candidates shall be deemed to have accepted the solution and take the consequences related; Complaints regarding the accident and solution are not accepted if candidates have accepted the on-site solution. The test could be canceled or delayed due to unexpected conditions. The test organizer is not responsible for any loss (except the examination fee) or inconvenience caused by the cancellation or delay of the test

有下列行为的考生，按照托业考试管理规定，将被取消考试资格、 取消考试成绩并不退还考试费：
According to the TOEIC Test administration regulation, candidates involved in any of the followings will be disqualified, whose score will be cancelled, and whose test fee will not be refunded:
10.1 迟到的考生；
Candidates who arrive late after the1 test has started;
10.2 在入场过程中或考试过程中，被发现证件或照片不符合托业考试要求的考生；
Candidates whose identification or photos are found unqualified when entering the test room or during the test;
10.3 除证件、铅笔橡皮以外，拒不将其他个人物品放置到考生个人物品存放处的考生；
Candidates who refuse to place personal items (except identification card, pencils and erasers)in thedesignated area;
10.4 无论是否对考试造成影响，在考试过程中被发现使用手机等电子设备或手机等电子设备没有彻底关闭的考生；
Candidates caught using cell phones or other electronic devices or whose devices are not turned off completely during the test, disregarding the influence;
10.5 考试开始前翻阅试题或作答、考试结束后继续作答，或在考试过程中不按要求作答的考生；
Candidates who read or write on the test paper before the test begin, keep writing after the test ended, or do not follow the test rules;
10.6 在考试过程中，在试卷上做标记的考生，跨部分作答的考生，有任何作弊行为的考生；
During the test, candidates who have the behavior of marking on the test books, working on a section other than the current section, or using any cheating methods;
10.7 抄袭他人或书籍资料等，或为他人抄袭提供方便的考生；
Candidates who copy from others or any book, or help others cheating;
10.8 在考试过程中，有夹带、传递纸条等物品及有任何作弊行为的考生；
Candidates who smuggle, pass notes and other items or have any other cheating behavior;
10.9 在考场内交谈、喧哗或制造明显噪音，干扰其他考生考试，经监考人员一次警告后，继续干扰行为的考生；
Candidateswho fail to stop talking, clattering, making noises or any other disturbances after a one-time warning by administrator;
10.10 在考试结束前，擅自离开考场的考生；
Candidates who leave the test room without permission before the test ends;
10.11 使用任何威胁语言或行为攻击考试监考人员，经监考人员一次警告后，继续攻击言行的考生；扰乱考试秩序，语言威胁或行为攻击考务工作人员或其他考生的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop using threatening language or behavior against administrators after a one-time warning;
10.12 违反现场监考老师给出的考试指令，或违反《考生手册》和托业官网已经列出的其他考试规定；
Candidates whofail to follow the test orders given by the administrators or any rules listed on the Bulletin of Information or TOEIC official website;

有下列行为的考生，按照托业考试管理规定，将被取消考试资格、 取消考试成绩、不退还考试费、五年内禁止参加托业考试，并会被追究法律责任：
Candidates who have any behaviors listed below, will get their test results and qualification canceled, will not get refund, will be prohibited from taking TOEIC exam for five years and will be investigated;
11.1使用虚假证件或提供虚假证件的考生；
Candidates who usefake identificationor offer fake identification;
11.2 有替考和被替考行为的考生；
Candidates who are proxy testers or impersonated;
11.3 使用电子设备作弊或提供作弊设备的考生；
Candidates who cheat using any electronic device or offer cheating device for others;
11.4 以任何方式对考试资料和考试内容进行删除或复制，或将考试资料或考试内容带出考场，或将考试题目或答案泄露给其他人或其他机构的考生。此类行为将被追究法律责任；
Candidates who are found taking test materials out of the test room will be held liable and prohibited to take any TOEIC test in 5 years;

考试后，成绩因故无法计算的，将视情况安排免费重考；
If the test results could not be calculated or given due to various reasons after the test, the test organizer will arrange a compensate reexamination depending on the situation;

对于在考前，考试过程中或考试结束后发现有作弊嫌疑或异常成绩的考生，托业考试主办方有权对相关考生、考场、考区进行调查处理（调查期间将暂缓发布成绩），包括且不限于将有代考或其他作弊方式嫌疑的考生的相关信息提交至公安机关等第三方鉴定机构进行鉴定，与考生所在单位联系核实相关信息等;
Before, during or after the test, the test organizer has the right to check the personal profile of any suspected proxy tester or other cheating methods, including but not limited to submit it to third-party identification bodies such as public security organizations, contact the candidate's company to verify the relevant information;

所有考生、考场、考区需要无条件积极配合托业考试主办方对于考试过程中各类舞弊行为的调查和相关行动。考生、考场、考区需配合调查的方式包含但不限于重新考试、信息提供等方式。对于拒绝配合的考生、考场、考区，托业考试主办方有权不发布成绩直至取消成绩；
All candidates, test centers, test administrators should cooperate with the investigate, including but not limited to re-test, provision of information, etc. Candidates, test centers, test administrators should be cooperative. We have the right to cancel the score of the candidates, test centers, test administrators if he/she is not cooperative in the investigation;

托业考试主办方有权根据调查结果对相关违纪行为和异常成绩作出处理，处理方式包括但不限于不发布成绩直至取消成绩、取消已发布的成绩（要求被取消成绩的考生退回成绩证书），对于有作弊行为的考生禁止其5年内参加考试。托业考试主办方保留对一切违纪考生、考场、考区做出相关处理的权利；
We reserve the right to further investigate, punish, or cancel the score of the candidate(s), test centers, test administrators who is/are caught cheating during the test or after the test;

如遇特殊疫情或其他突发情况，为保障全体考生的安全，本公司除遵守国家相关法律规定外，需要安排特别的考务防控措施（如：要求考生进入考场时测量体温、戴口罩、消毒、禁止疑似病例参加考试等），考生应予以无条件遵照执行。
