亚投行连获穆迪惠誉最高评级 评级展望为稳定

The Fitch Ratings announced that it has assigned the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) its highest credit rating and a stable outlook.

惠誉评级近日宣布，给予亚洲基础设施投资银行（亚投行）最高信用评级，评级展望为稳定。

Fitch provided the AIIB with a long-term issuer default rating of AAA and a short-term issuer default rating of F1+, based on the bank's "existing and expected intrinsic strengths."

惠誉基于亚投行“现有和预期的固有优势”，予以该行AAA长期发行人违约评级和F1+短期发行人违约评级。

It was the AIIB's second top-notch credit rating in two weeks.

这是亚投行在两周内获得的第二个最高级别的信用评级。

Previously, Moody's Investors Service assigned the AIIB a long-term foreign currency issuer rating of AAA and a short-term foreign currency issuer rating of Prime-1 with a stable outlook.

此前，穆迪投资者服务公司授予亚投行AAA长期外汇发行人评级，以及评级展望为“稳定”的Prime-1短期外汇发行人评级。

Fitch said the AIIB has been endowed with a substantial capital base that will support its projected rapid expansion in lending, while its exposure to risk being mitigated by a comprehensive set of policies and high-quality governance.

惠誉方面称，亚投行拥有一个可观的资本基础，这将帮助借贷活动按预期迅速扩张，而一系列政策和高质量的管理也将会降低风险。

"The rating is very critical for our positioning in International capital markets," said Soren Elbech, treasurer of the AIIB. "It puts us at the very level of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund," Elbech said.

亚投行司库瑟伦·埃尔贝克表示：“这一评级对我们在国际资本市场的地位至关重要。它把我们同世界银行和国际货币基金组织放在同一水平上。”
