中国大学生利用间隔年创业将出明确规定

China will encourage college students to take gap years to start their own businesses while clearly defining the length and conditions of gap years, a Ministry of Education official said on last Wednesday.

教育部一名官员在上周三表示，中国将鼓励大学生们利用间隔年来创业，同时明确规定了间隔年的长度和条件。

Lin Huiqing, vice minister of education, said in an online briefing with Internet users, that it was proposed in 2015 that college students may take gap years to start up businesses and return afterwards to school for their diplomas.

教育部副部长林蕙青在网上与网友的交流中表示，2015年曾有一项议案，提议中国大学生花上一年的间隔年来创业，然后再回到学校拿下他们的文凭。

Lin said, a nationwide stipulation on specific terms will be put forward this year to encourage student entrepreneurship.

林副部长表示，一项关于具体条款的全国性规定将会于今年提出，以此来鼓励大学生创业。

Universities should invite scientists, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists to lecture on innovation and entrepreneurship, according to Lin.

根据林副部长所表示的，大学校园应该邀请科学家、企业家和风险投资家来讲授关于创新以及创业的知识。

In another development, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security launched an employment service campaign that will last till July to better connect employers and colleges.

另一方面，人力资源和社会保障部开展了一项将会持续到今年7月的就业服务活动。该活动旨在更好的连接雇主和大学校园。

2016 will see 7.65 million college students graduate, 160,000 more than last year.

2016年，我国将会有765万大学毕业生，比去年要多出16万人。
