阿里巴巴集团买地为员工盖房! 六折抢购!

Alibaba, China's biggest e-commerce company, is building apartments to sell to its employees at a discount of about 40 percent, the reports on last Friday.

据澎湃新闻上周五报道，中国最大的电商公司阿里巴巴正在为员工盖“福利房”，对员工按市场价的六折出售。

These 380 apartments, ranging from 87 square meters to 118 square meters, are located in Hangzhou, where the company is headquartered. Construction is expected to be finished in 2018.

据悉，这批房子共有380套，面积从87平米到118平米不等，坐落于阿里巴巴的总部杭州市。预计房子建设工作将于2018年完成。

Eligible employees will draw lots for the chance to buy the houses. In order to be eligible, they must have worked at the company for at least three years and be in P8 (expert) or M3 (senior manager) positions or lower. Those without apartments in Hangzhou also receive preference.

符合条件的公司员工将获得购买房子的抽签机会。为了拥有这一资格，他们必须要在公司工作至少三年，职位是P8（专家）和M3（高级经理）级别或较低职位。而那些在杭州没有房子的员工也有优先机会。

These apartments will be sold for about 10,000 yuan per square meter, whereas other properties in the area are priced between 17,000 and 20,000 yuan per square meter.

这些房子将会以每平米1万元出售给阿里巴巴的员工，要知道，这个地区的房子市场价格为17000到20000元。

Alibaba is not the first Chinese company to contribute to staff housing. Evergrande Real East Group provides apartments for its employees to live in free of charge, and gives employees discounts after a certain number of years if they decide to purchase their company housing. Huawei also guarantees affordable housing for its staff near the Shenzhen factory and headquarters.

阿里巴巴并不是中国第一家为员工提供住房福利的公司。恒大地产集团也为其员工提供免费住房，如果员工在公司工作几年后决定购买公司的房子，也将会享受优惠。华为集团也为其位于深圳的工厂部和总部员工提供了经济适用房。
