此部中伊恩·肖(杰森·斯坦森饰演)是《速度与激情6》中大反派欧文·肖(卢克·伊万斯饰演)的哥哥，他杀死了韩(姜成镐饰演)，同时向飞车家族发出了复仇宣言。飞车家族们将与伊恩·肖展开以牙还牙的较量。
