毕业生的就业问题(The Issue of Employment for Gradutes)

As we all know, the situation of employment graduate is urgent nowadays. Employment becomes a major social issue in our country. More and more people pay great attention to it.

正如我们所知的现在的毕业生就业问题是很紧急的。在我们的国家就业成为一大社会问题。越来越多的人重视它。

This issue result from two aspects. First many undergraduates are finding jobs. They hope to get a job with high salary and other pensions. So the government and the society face great pressure. More job opportunities are needed to create for them.

这个问题源于两个方面。第一，许多大学生正在找工作。他们希望得到一份薪水高、有其他补贴的工作。因此，政府和社会面临巨大的压力。需要为他们创造更多的工作机会。

On the other hand, there are many vacancies of jobs in the west. So there comes an imbalance between the supply and demand in the east and the west. Few people want to seek jobs in the west. They prefer to live in the major cities, such as Beijing , shanghai and other developped areas.

另一方面，在西部有很多空缺的工作岗位。所以东西部在工作供求方面很不平衡。很少人想在西部找工作。他们喜欢住在大城市，如北京、上海和其他一些发达地区。

To solve this issue, it is a better choice to encourage people to seek jobs in the west. This also help to develop local economy and offer a brand new chance for graduates.

为了解决这个问题，鼓励人们去西部工作是一个很好的选择。这也帮助发展当地经济、为毕业生提供了一个全新的机会。
