I plan to go to travel alone this summer vacation. I have traveled several times, but gone with my family or friends, never did it alone. I want to do it once, so I can train myself to be stronger and more confident. I told my parents about my plan, they supported me very much, and they thought it is a good opportunity to help me grow up. They also told me many tips of traveling and prepared the package for me. I am grateful that my parents understand me and respect my decision. I won’t let them down.

我计划这个暑假独自去旅行。我曾经去旅游过几次,但是都是跟我家人或者朋友去的,从来没有自己去过。我想独自旅行一次,这样可以锻炼自己更坚强更自信。我把我的计划告诉了我的父母,他们非常支持我,还认为这是帮我成长的一个号机会。他们还告诉了我许多旅行要点,并帮我准备行李。我非常感激父母的理解以及他们对我的决定的尊重。我不会让他们失望。

And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什么是健康饮食?对于大多数人来说,健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品,不要吃垃圾食品。绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物,包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品,例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖,并增加疾病的风险。为了保持健康,我们应该保持健康饮食,抛弃垃圾食品。

The students in high school are exhausted after school and not willing to do the physical exercises anymore. In fact, it is not only very bad for health but also bad for study. The teenagers have to do enough exercises to keep healthy and growing tall. And doing physical exercises can make a people strong and lighten one up, refill the energy to study more efficiently. So, the high school students should do physical exercises. They can do some sports, such as playing football or basketball, running, swimming and so on.

众所周知,在高中的学习任务是很繁重的。包括晚上,每天经常有超过10节课。这将会占用9个小时用来学习,还没有周末。放学后高中生都已经筋疲力尽了,不再想去锻炼身体。实际上,这不但有害健康,还不利于学习。青少年必须要做足够的身体锻炼才能保持健康,继续长身体。而身体锻炼能让人强壮和放松,重新注入能量,让学习更加有效率。所以,高中生应该锻炼身体。他们可以做些运动,例如打篮球或者踢足球、跑步、游泳等等。
