When I was in the process of getting Student loans, I had a friend’s parent tell me “Don’t ever worry about paying those back. It’s not like they can repossess your education and it will hardly affect your credit”. I work as a finance manager at a dealership now and see tons of people’s credit suffering from being delinquent on their student loans.
