The way to unfixate is not to tell ourselves that we never like the person. It's to get very serious and specific about what the attraction was based on. And then come to see that the qualities we had admire in the ex, must necessarily exist in other people who don't have the set of problems that make the original relationship impossible.
让自己对前任不再留念的方法，并不是告诉我们自己说：“我从来没有爱过这个人”。而是很认真、具体地去发觉前任对我们的吸引力何在。然后进一步了解到前任所吸引我们的特质，其他人身上必然也找得到，而且这些人并没有这一连串让我们前段关系无法走下去的问题。
