Mr. Smith, I would like to discuss something with you.(史密斯先生,我想和商量些事情.)

I'm pleased that you've added new responsibilities to my job and I appreciate the opportunity.(我非常高兴你给我新的工作职责,谢谢你给我这样的机会。)

I’m supposed to get a raise.

例如:to raise salaries(提高工资)to raise the rent(提高租金)相同的表达有:“I need a raise. 或者Could you give me a raise?

I'm pleased that you've added new responsibilities to my job and I appreciate the opportunity. I would like to further discuss my new responsibilities and the possibility of a pay raise for performing them well.
Please let me know if you have some time available this week.

Do not include salary require ments.(不要把你对薪水的要求写进去。)

I expecta salary commen sureate with my experience and the job‘s demands.

What are you currently making?(你目前拿多少钱?),你该如何回答呢? What is important is not what I‘m making but my skills.(过去的工资并不重要,关键是我的工作能力。)

What I‘m making is not is important is whether or not my skills are what you need, and I‘m confident that ther ange will be fair.

Get the employer to say a number first.(让雇主先说个数。)

We‘repretty close———I’m seeking arange of$38,000-$45,000,due to my extensivepr of essional experience and impressive flexible is your upper salary range?

Make the low end as high as you are comfortable with.(勿将底线定得太低!)

If you make $3500,stetea range of $4200 to $5500 or so.

假如在面试时,像“Show us your pay stub.”(请出示你的工资单。)
