Next week is the deadline for sending in your application. 提交申请书的截止日期是下星期。

I want the report ready for the three o'clock deadline. 我希望报告最迟在三点之前准备好。

The deadline is drawing near; we can't delay any more. 限期快到了，不能再拖延。

It was all go in the office as the deadline approached. 限期将至，办公室里一片忙碌景象。

The deadline for making an application is next Friday. 申请于下星期五截止。

如何表达推迟，提前，错过，赶上最后期限呢，用不同的动词可以表达这些不同的意思：
