在遭遇犯罪或可能犯罪行为正在进行时:
Someone is in my house. 有人在我家里。
Someone is trying to break into my house. 有人正试图强行闯入我家中。
Someone is being attacked. 有人正在被袭击。
Someone has been shot. 有人被枪击了。
A robbery is in progress. 抢劫事件正在进行中。
There is a suspicious person lurking nearby. 有可疑人员在附近潜伏。
He has a gun. 他有枪。
He has a knife. 他有刀。
在遭遇火灾时：
Something is on fire. 什么东西着火了。
My kitchen is on fire. 我的厨房着火了。
My house is on fire. 我的房子着火了。
在遭遇威胁生命的健康问题时：
There is a serious medical emergency here. 这里有一起紧急医疗事件发生。
Someone is having a heart attack. 有人心脏病发作了。
Someone is having a stroke. 有人中风了。
Someone is drowning. 有人溺水了。
Someone is choking. 有人要窒息了。
（当然，我们可以把上述句子中的someone某人，都换成具体的人称）
描述当事人的身体和精神状态:
He is not breathing. 他已经停止呼吸了。
He passed out. 他昏迷过去了; He is unconscious他无意识了；He is unresponsive.（叫他）他没有
回应了；He is fainted.他晕过去了
He is bleeding heavily. 他流血很严重。
He is in severe pain. 他感到剧烈的疼痛。
He has a severe pain in somewhere. 他的身体某处在剧烈疼痛着。
He has a severe pain in his chest. 他的胸腔在剧烈疼痛着。
在遭遇车祸时：
I’d like to report a car accident. 我想向你汇报一起车祸事件。
I’d like to report a head-on collision. 我想向你汇报一起车头相撞车祸事件。
I’d like to report a pile-up car accident. 我想向你汇报一起追尾车祸事件。
I’d like to report a hit-and-run accident. 我想向你汇报一起肇事逃逸车祸事件。
My car crashed into a tree. 我的车撞树上了。
My car crashed into a telephone pole. 我的车撞到电线杆上了。
My car just hit a man. 我的车刚刚撞到了一个男人。
