中国科技公司扎堆前往美国上市

A total of 12 Chinese tech firms have already gone public in the US this year, the highest numbers of Chinese initial public offerings (IPOs) in that market since 2014.

今年已有12家中国科技公司在美上市，成为自2014年以来中国公司在美国市场首次公开募股（IPO）数量最多的一年。

The latest example was Shanghai-based online lending platform PPDai, which debuted on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), raising $270 million with an IPO price of $13.

日前在纽约证券交易所上市的拍拍贷是最新的一例，这家总部位于上海的网络借贷平台以13美元的IPO价格融资2.7亿美元。

Search engine Sogou debuted on the NYSE at $13 per share, giving the company a market value of $5.4 billion.

Another Chinese firm is expected to issue IPOs in the US market this year.

Jianpu Technology Inc, a subsidiary of China's online finance platform Rong360, applied recently in the hope of raising $272 million.

Besides the US, tech firms from the Chinese mainland issued IPOs in Hong Kong, including online insurance firm ZhongAn, online reading service provider China Literature and gaming gear maker Razer.

除了赴美IPO，大陆科技企业还在香港IPO，其中包括了互联网保险公司众安、在线阅读服务提供商阅文集团以及游戏设备制造商雷蛇。
