涉嫌违法 无锡工商局叫停外卖'三国杀'

Authorities in Wuxi, Jiangsu, are demanding Didi Chuxing, Meituan Dianping and stop their alleged illegal activities in food delivery.

近日，江苏省无锡市相关政府部门要求滴滴、美团和饿了么停止在食物外卖中的违法行为。

The local Industrial and Commercial Bureau held an administrative interview meeting with representatives from three online service providers last Wednesday.

无锡市工商局在上周三召开了行政约谈会，约谈了这三家在线服务提供商的代表。

"A preliminary investigation shows the behavior of these platforms constitutes unfair competition and monopolistic operations," said Su Yiling, deputy director of the bureau.

该工商局副局长苏益玲表示：“初步调查显示，三家平台存在不正当竞争行为和垄断经营行为。”

Authorities suggest this is meant to create a "truce" in the trilateral "war" declared among Didi, Meituan and .

相关政府部门表示，这是为了在滴滴、美团和饿了么三方之间的“混战”中，设定一个“休战协定”。

The three platforms have been actively issuing discounts and other benefits in an attempt to seize market share, as well as taking orders that exceed the capacity of both vendors and couriers, said Su Yiling.

苏益玲称，三家平台近日为争夺市场份额，疯狂发放优惠券以及其他补贴，且接收的订单量超出了商家和快递员的负荷能力。

The three platforms said they are willing to accept more market supervision.

这三家平台均表示，他们愿意接受更多的市场监督。
