香港证监会 正在调查汉能薄膜
The Hong Kong financial regulator has clarified that it has launched a formal investigation into Hanergy Thin Film Power Group, the solar power company whose breakneck growth raised strong questions as it briefly made founder Li Hejun China's richest man.
香港证监会(SFC)首次确认了汉能薄膜集团（Hanergy Thin Film Power Group）在接受调查，就在数小时前，汉能薄膜董事长李河君还否认称调查消息“纯粹是谣言”。While it is extremely rare for the Securities and Futures Commission to comment on individual, ongoing cases, the regulator said in a very brief statement on its website:

The SFC wishes to clarify that a formal investigation into the affairs of Limited has been active and is continuing.

The statement comes within a day of Mr Li denying that there's been an official probe. On Wednesday, he called it "purely rumour" that HTF was under investigation, prompting the regulator to speak up. The SFC said:
“证监会澄清，已就汉能薄膜发电集团有限公司的事务进行调查，有关调查仍在继续。”This statement is issued in accordance with the SFC's Disclosure Policy given the public interest following reports denying such measures have been taken.

For example, it had been racking up enviable revenues largely through sales between its listed subsidiary, HTF, and itself.
