China has become an expanding talent pool and also acts like a magnet for attracting talent, according to a report released in Shanghai.
根据上海日前发布的一份报告，中国已经成为规模不断增长的人才库，并像磁铁一样吸引着人才。The report said China is now the world's largest supplier of international students, with 544,500 people studying abroad last year.

Furthermore, Chinese overseas students are increasingly returning home after their studies rather than pursuing careers abroad.
