A US man (see photo) turned himself into a human version of Barbie's perfectly-toned boyfriend Ken with more than 90 operations using plastic surgery, The Sun reported。

But when they saw each other for the first time they immediately fell out and started a catty slanging match about make-up and cosmetic operations。
