There are eight national holidays celebrated in the United States: New Year's
Day(Jan.), Washington's Birthday (Feb.), Memorial Day(May), the Fourth of July, Labor Day(Sep.),Veteran's Day(Nov.),Thanksgiving(Nov.) and Christmas(Dec.), In addition, there are many state and local holidays.
美国人一共有八个国家假日：新年（一月），华盛顿诞辰纪念日（二月），阵亡将士纪念日（五月），美国独立纪念日，劳动节（九月），退伍军人节（十一月），感恩节（十一月）和圣诞节（十二月），另外，还有很多州和地方的节日。

B: We're having some friends over. What are you doing?
A: Oh, I'm just going to take it easy.
