A: Good morning. Are you the mailman?

B: Good morning to you, and yes, I am. What gave it away?

A: Your uniform was a clear indicator.

B: That's a good answer. So you're the new tenant?

A: Yes, I am. I just moved in last week.

B: I extend to you my welcome. How do you like the neighborhood?
