I'm going to talk for a few minutes about running because running is something that I really love and also really hate. It's funny how you can love something and hate something at the same time.
我要用几分钟谈谈跑步，因为跑步是我真的很喜欢，也很讨厌的事情。既爱又恨某件事其实很有意思。I like to go running in the park, particularly after a long day at work when you've been inside for the whole day it's really nice to go outside in the fresh air and get some exercise, and after the run is finished you feel so good: You feel really good about yourself and you know that you've done something worthwhile and something which is healthy too. Sometimes I like to go to the gym and I like to run on the treadmill, but I think it's easier to run on the treadmill than it is to run outside on the concrete or on the grass.
我喜欢在公园里跑步，尤其是在一整天的工作结果之后，在室内待了一整天以后，去室外呼吸一下新鲜空气、做些运动真的很不错，跑步之后你会感觉很好：你会感觉很舒服，你知道你做了值得去做的事情，而且这件事情还很健康。有时我喜欢去健身房跑步，我喜欢在跑步机上跑步，我认为在跑步机上跑步要比在水泥地或者草地上跑步容易。

eg. I hope you can enjoy the fresh air and great views here.
