我国加快发展商业养老保险

The State Council released a guideline to speed up the development of commercial pension insurance on Tuesday.

日前，国务院发布了加快发展商业养老保险的意见。

By 2020, commercial pension insurance will play a major role in the promotion of both individual and family commercial pension plans, as well as in the healthy development of elderly care service industries, so as to become a stable contributor to financial safety and economic growth, according to the guideline.

根据意见，到2020年，商业养老保险将在促进个人和家庭的商业养老保障计划和养老服务业健康发展方面发挥重要作用，成为金融安全和经济增长的稳定支持者。

The guideline sets four tasks, including innovating insurance products and services, and ensuring the sound and safe operation of commercial pension insurance funds.

该意见确定了创新保险产品和服务、确保商业养老保险资金安全稳健运营等四项任务。

Insurers should offer personalized services to individuals and households, as well as annuity programs for employers, it said.

意见提出，保险机构应为个人和家庭提供个性化服务，为企业提供年金计划。

It encourages commercial insurers to provide support for the pension system and to take part in investment and management of basic pension funds and the national social security fund.

该意见鼓励商业保险机构为养老保险制度提供支持，参与基本养老保险基金和全国社会保障基金投资运营。

To ensure the security of insurance funds, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission will make comprehensive evaluations and set a relatively higher threshold when selecting qualified insurers to enter this field, said Huang Hong, the commission's vice-chairman.

保监会副主席黄洪表示，为确保商业养老保险资金安全，在筛选符合进入该领域要求的保险机构时，保监会将综合评估并设定较高准入门槛。
