调查显示 应届毕业生更青睐新一线城市大纲

A survey among 90,168 graduates by an online recruitment portal showed 40% of job-seekers are interested in working in China's emerging first-tier cities.

近日某在线招聘门户网站对90168名毕业生进行的一项调查显示，40%的求职者对在国内新一线城市里工作感兴趣。

Among students who will graduate this year, 40.18% said they hoped to work in cities including Chengdu, Hangzhou, Chongqing, and Wuhan, a rise of 2.68% over the report last year.

今年即将毕业的应届毕业生中，40.18%的学生表示希望在成都、杭州、重庆、武汉等城市工作，占比较去年上升了2.68%。

Second-tier cities also gained popularity as favorite among 25.94% of graduates, an increase of 4.74%.

二线城市的受欢迎程度也有所上升，为25.94%的毕业生青睐，占比上升了4.74%。

The report said data in recent years showed first-tier cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen continued to lose their luster.

New job-seekers are more ready to ditch them as they become more interested in both new industries and incentives rolled out by emerging cities to attract talent.

In looking for a job, 41.7% of students said they value the possibility to fulfill their personal value most, while 26.97% prefer a job in line with personal interest and 23.19% take a job simply as a means to earn a living.

在求职方面，41.7%的学生表示最看重的是能够实现其个人价值的可能性，26.97%的学生青睐符合个人兴趣的工作，23.19%的人则只将工作作为一种谋生手段。
