tip or not to tip

Elvin is going to America next week. So,he asked David some questions about tipping.

Elvin:David, do you have a minute?
(David,
David:Sure. What's up?
Elvin:I'm going to the States next week. I've been meaning to ask you about tipping.
David:Well, you should always tip if you go to restaurants. Unless you're going to fast food chains.
Elvin:How much should I tip?
David:That depends on the type of restaurants you go to. But usually 15 percent. You might need to tip more if you are at a really fancy place. Oh, make sure you don't tip with coins. It's considered rude.
Elvin:Ok. What about taxi drivers? Do I need to tip them?
David:Usually if it's small change, you just let them keep it. But you don't need to give them extra tips.
Elvin:Ok. That's good to know. Thanks for your help!
David:No worries. Anytime. Have a great trip!

1. Do you have a minute?
Do you have a minute?
Do you have a second?或者Do you have a sec也可以表示,你有时间吗? Do you have an hour? Do you have a minute?和Do you have a second?

2. What's up?
What's up?

3. I've been meaning to ask you about tipping.
I've been meaning to ask you about tipping.
I've been meaning to是什么意思呢?意思是I’ve been thinking about... ,you are very lazy, you mean to do something but never do it. I've been meaning to ask you about tipping.

4. How much should I tip?
How much should I tip?
How much tip should I leave?

5. It depends.
It depends.
What do you usually do at weekends? 你可以回答,well,it depends. Depending on the weather, the party will be outside.
That depends on the type of restaurants you go to.

6. fancy
Wow, look at your new fancy clothes!
