1. achieve 实现; 获得 (默认获得的东西是积极的、愉快的事物)
achieve aims/goals/success/a good result
achieve 一般与令人愉快的事连用，不要受汉语的影响用来表示一般意义的“达到”：
He will achieve the age of 25 next month.
The car achieved a speed of 150 mph.
2. the+adj.=一类
英语中很多形容词用来修饰人/物，因此常省略名词，留下the +形容词表示一类人/物或整体。
