【背景】

每在流行性疫情爆发时便会遭抢购的板蓝根，如今也被用在了动物的身上。为了对抗H7N9病毒，苏州动物园尝试给园内鸟类喂喝板蓝根。

板蓝根具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、一定程度上提高免疫的功能，但是事先服用板蓝根对预防病毒有作用目前还没得到证实，钟南山等专家建议不要盲目服用板蓝根来预防H7N9。

The Suzhou Zoo recently took measures to protect animals in the zoo against H7N9 virus including allowing birds to take the isatis root and beasts of prey to eat beef instead of chicken.

Since the H7N9 bird flu was detected in some places of China, the zoo started to add a certain amount of the isatis root, a traditional Chinese Medicine, and antiviral granules into the water for birds to drink for virus resistance and prevention.

苏州动物园近期采取各项措施保护园内动物抵抗HVN9病毒，包括给鸟类喂喝板蓝根，停止给猛兽喂养鸡肉，改喂牛肉。

由于H7N9禽流感在中国的一些地方被检测出来，动物园开始在鸟类动物的饮水中适量添加了中药板蓝根、抗病毒冲剂，帮助它们抵抗和预防病毒。
