周三，北京市人民检察院（People's Procuratorate）依法向北京市第二中级人民法院（Intermediate People's Court）提起公诉（file the charge）。开庭日期（trial date）尚未确定。
检察机关在审查起诉（examination and prosecution）阶段依法告知了被告人享有的诉讼权利，并讯问（interrogate）了被告人（defendant），听取了辩护人（legal defender）的意见。
