Jane: This is the house I want to rent.

1.“come to mind”意为“突然想起，出现于某人的脑海中”，例如：-Do you have any suggestions? -Nothing immediately comes to mind. ( -你有什么建议吗？-一下子也想不起什么来。）
2.“lly...”用于列举事实，可使语言更有条理，逻辑性更强。
3.短语“agree with sb.”表示“赞同某人的观点”，例如：For what you have pointed out.I agree with you.（我赞同你提出的观点。）
4.“spend“的意思是“花费”，通常用于“ sth.”或“spend…( in)doing sth.”的结构。
