男子火车站丢行李暴露私房钱 妻子当场翻脸

A hardworking housewife flew into a rage at a Southwest China train station when police recovered her husband's lost bag - only to discover it contained his secret stash of cash.

当民警帮助找回了丈夫丢失的行李，并发现里面有他的私房钱时，一位勤劳的家庭主妇在中国西南部的一个火车站大发雷霆。

"I slave at housework, always scrimping and saving. How could he do this to me!" she told police.

她告诉民警：“我打理家庭，省吃俭用，他怎么能这样对我！”

Officers at the Chengdu Railway Station found the left bag last Saturday morning containing more than 20,000 yuan (3,000 dollars) at a security check.

成都火车站的民警于上周六上午在安检口发现了一丢失的行李，包内装有2万余元（折合3000美元）的现金。

When no one claimed it, police checked security video and tracked down the couple.

由于无人认领，民警于是调取了监控录像，追踪到了这对夫妇。

The husband became visibly worried after police asked him to describe the bag's contents. Seeing no way out, he finally let the cat out of the bag.

民警让丈夫描述包里的物品时，丈夫明显变得很焦虑。最终，在看到没有其他办法之后，他说出了自己的小秘密。

"She asks me to hand over all my wages. I don't have money to smoke or drink with friends. I'm tired of losing face," said the husband.

这位丈夫表示：“她（妻子）要求我交出所有的工资，我没有钱和朋友一起吸烟或喝酒，我厌倦了这样丢面子的行为，”

After a heated confrontation, the pair resolved the issue and continued on their trip.
