据《深圳特区报》报道，深圳目前正在考虑使用立法手段缩小性别不平等。

The People's Congress in the city is set to review the country's first legislative draft aiming to tackle gender equality.
深圳市人大将审议有关解决男女不平等问题的立法提案。

Under the draft, women will be eligible to postpone their retirement; women who suffer from domestic violence will be able to apply for temporary shelter; and job advertisements will be prohibited from specifying gender.
根据《草案》，妇女将有权推迟退休年龄，遭遇家暴的妇女能够申请临时庇护，招聘信息将不能限制应聘者的性别。

In addition, the draft will also improve men's rights, such as giving five days' paternity leave each year to fathers whose children are under three.
此外，该草案还将提升男性权利，比如在孩子3岁前，给爸爸每年放5天育婴假。
