而且他们光用奶就做出了很多种食品,奶、酸奶、奶酪、奶豆腐、奶疙瘩……

有一道甜点在国际上的知名度比较高,那就是奶皮子 öröm,有的地方也说是urum

这个东西内蒙也有,在天猫一类的网站上也很容易买到。

它是一种高度凝结的奶油制品,你可能把它想象成常温下的冰激凌,可以单吃,也可以加上果干什么的吃,也能用来抹东西。(热量超级高,但是真的挺好吃)
