古巴冷知识： 餐厅基本全由政府经营

之前有提到，古巴的大多数产业都由国家经营，餐饮业也不例外。

但古巴也有少量私人餐厅，它们的质量比国有餐厅好。

Most of the restaurants are owned and operated by the government. There are also privately owned restaurants, called Paladares. However, these are quite rare. Paladares are often much better in terms of service and food quality though, so it’s highly recommended to visit these when the opportunity is given.

古巴政府拥有并经营着大多数餐厅。古巴也有一些私人所属的餐厅，它们被称为Paladares。然而，这种餐厅很少见。在服务和食品质量上，Paladares通常比政府经营的餐厅要好的多，因此有机会的话，强烈推荐去Paladares转转。
