古巴冷知识：在古巴很难上网

这可能是去古巴旅游时最难受的一点，上网真的超麻烦。

古巴直到2015年才有了第一个公共Wifi热点，此前只有重要人员能用Wifi。而直到如今，在古巴上网依旧不容易，要去类似电信局的地方排队买上网卡，然后找地方连网，而且网络质量还不太好。

The first-ever public Wi-Fi hotspots were opened in Cuba in 2015. However, some usage fee for accessing the internet was also levied from the users. Before this, the access to Wi-Fi was limited to selected people only, mostly government officials, doctors, and approved journalists. The internet is still not free, and not all websites can be visited via the Wi-Fi hotspots. However, you can access most websites and apps. The Wi-Fi cards costs between 2-5 CUC (2-5 USD) depending on how many hours you want to use.

与上网类似，古巴人很晚才开始用手机，直到2008年古巴人才被允许拥有手机，当时执政的劳尔·卡斯特罗政府解除了这一禁令，而计算机也是如此。
