中国向下修正去年GDP增长率至7.3%
China’s statistics bureau has revised down its estimate of 2014 economic growth to 7.3 per cent from 7.4 per cent, in a move set to revive concerns about the health of the country’s economy.
中国国家统计局将其对2014年中国经济增长率的估计值从7.4%向下修正为7.3%。此举势必将重新唤起人们对中国经济健康状况的担忧。
In a statement posted on its website, the National Bureau of Statistics said China’s gross domestic product last year was Rmb63.6tn ($10tn), down about Rmb32bn from its initial estimate in January. The bureau attributed the revision to a lower estimate for the country’s services sector, while industrial and agricultural output were both revised upwards.
中国国家统计局在其网站上发布声明称，去年中国国内生产总值(GDP)为63.6万亿元人民币（合10万亿美元），比今年1月的初步核算数减少约320亿元人民币。该局把这次修正归因于服务业产值估计值被调低，而工业与农业产值的估计值都略有调高。
China’s central bank surprised global markets last month with a 1.9 per cent devaluation of the renminbi, spooking investors who thought the move was aimed at boosting flagging exports and economic growth.

The revision takes the country’s economic performance a notch further below its official growth target for last year, which was set at “around 7.5 per cent”. The 7.4 per cent figure was already the slowest rate of expansion since 1990.

This year’s growth target is “around 7 per cent”, although Chinese officials have admitted the country may struggle to hit that figure.

The downgrade to China’s 2014 GDP came after G20 finance ministers tried to dispel fears over the potential global fallout from a Chinese slowdown.

Wolfgang , German finance minister, said the G20 had agreed there was no reason to fret over slower Chinese growth, while Pierre Moscovici, the EU Commissioner for economic affairs, praised “the absolute determination of the [Chinese] authorities to sustain growth”.

Also at the G20 finance ministers’ meeting in Ankara, Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People’s Bank of China, said China’s stock market had almost completed its “correction”.
