前面有提到，斋月期间会有不少特色美食，这其中就包括库纳法 Kunafa
这种甜点的表面像鸟巢一样，很有特色的酥皮点心。

库纳法在制作的时候要用糖浆浸泡，表面和内部都可以加上各种各样的配料，现在随着餐饮业的发展，已经有相当多的口味和做法了。
Kunafa is a popular dessert around the Arab world and can be found in Egypt. It is made with thin noodle-like pastry, or alternatively fine semolina dough, soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup. As this is a famous Ramadan dessert, the past few years have seen the pastry’s stuffings and toppings developed to such an extent that shops compete with one another for the best kunafa during this month. Today, you can find mango kunafa, chocolate kunafa and even cheesecake kunafa.
库纳法是阿拉伯世界很流行的一种甜点，在埃及也能找到。它是用一种薄薄的面条状酥皮做的，或者也能用精细的粗麦面团来做，然后浸在甜甜的蔗糖做的糖浆里。这是一种很有名的斋月甜点，故去几年里它的馅料和浇头有了很大的发展，因为各家店都抢着在这个月里做出比别家更精彩的库纳法。现在，你可以看到芒果库纳法、巧克力库纳法，甚至还有芝士蛋糕库纳法。
