1. in awe

awe的意思是敬畏；惊奇，惊叹，常见表达有 in awe/in awe of：

I've always held musicians in awe.

2. tune up

它的本意是(给乐器)定标准音，tune-up是名词形式，表示把（发动机）调试到最佳运转状态：

tune-up也有“为…做好准备“的意思：
